Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on VocalPresets.com, operated by Vocal Labs LLC. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
1. All Sales Final
We strongly encourage Buyers to listen to the provided audio demos, check DAW and plugin compatibility listed on every preset detail page, and ensure the preset meets your needs before purchasing. By clicking “Purchase,” you acknowledge that you have reviewed this information and agree that the sale is final.
2. Technical Issues Exception
We will issue a replacement delivery or, at our discretion, a full refund if any of the following technical issues are confirmed:
Corrupted or incomplete file
The ZIP file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be opened. This must be a platform or file delivery failure — not an issue with your local software.
Wrong content delivered
The delivered preset does not match the listing — for example, significantly fewer presets than listed, or files for a different DAW entirely.
Duplicate charge
You were charged more than once for the same preset due to a payment processing error.
To be eligible, you must report the issue within 30 days of your purchase date. Our first response will always be to attempt re-delivery of the correct file. A monetary refund is issued only if re-delivery is not possible or does not resolve the issue.
Refund Processing
All payments on VocalPresets.com are processed through Stripe. When a refund is approved, it is issued through Stripe back to the original payment method used at checkout (credit card, debit card, etc.). Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer or financial institution. VocalPresets.com does not issue refunds by any other method (e.g., store credit, PayPal, bank transfer).
3. Situations That Are Not Eligible for a Refund
Change of mind
Audio demos and detailed descriptions are provided for every preset. We cannot refund purchases where the content matches the listing but you no longer want it.
Missing plugins
Required plugins are listed prominently on every preset page. It is the Buyer's responsibility to verify they have the required plugins before purchasing.
DAW version incompatibility
The required DAW version is displayed on every preset detail page. We cannot issue refunds for purchases made without checking compatibility.
"Doesn't sound like the demo"
Preset results vary depending on your vocal, microphone, interface, and signal chain. Audio demos represent the preset applied to a specific vocal — your results will differ. This is not a defect.
Already downloaded
Once a file has been successfully downloaded, the digital goods have been delivered. We cannot issue a refund for delivered digital goods outside of the technical exceptions above.
4. Dispute Process
If you believe your purchase qualifies for a refund under Section 2, follow these steps:
Go to My Downloads
Visit My Downloads and locate the purchase in question.
Click "Report a problem"
Select the preset and click the "Report a problem" link next to it.
Describe the issue
Complete the dispute form with as much detail as possible — describe the issue, include any error messages, and attach screenshots if applicable.
Wait for review
Our team reviews all disputes within 3 business days and will respond via email with a decision or request for more information.
5. Chargebacks
We cooperate fully with Stripe's chargeback and dispute resolution process. When a chargeback is filed, we will provide Stripe with all relevant transaction evidence, including purchase records, download logs, and communications.
Filing a chargeback for a purchase that was validly delivered — without first going through our dispute process — may result in:
- •Immediate suspension of your account pending investigation.
- •Revocation of access to all downloaded presets.
- •Permanent account termination in cases of repeated or fraudulent chargebacks.
If you have a legitimate payment concern, please contact us at support@vocalpresets.com before filing a chargeback. We can often resolve issues faster through direct contact.
